So I filed chpt 7 bk last nov and was discharged earlier this year in feb...since being discharged am now on the road to rebuilding my credit...I have since obtain a vehicle loan which I pay on time every month since march and a cc I pay in full every month since May. After reviewing my credit report, I have a question when the accounts that were included in bk will fall off...if I remember correctly chpt 7 falls off after 10 years...does this mean the bk (public record) along with the accounts that were included??? On my credit report, for one acount the DOFD (date of first delinquency) is different (03/2010) am assuming the DOFD is the month and year of my bk filing??? Is this the date to go by??? Which is 11/2010
