Did not reaffirm house in chapter 13

We are now 4 months discharge from a 60 month chapter 13. During the process, the loan has sold several times with the most recent to Ditech. They are listed as paying on time and current and it looks just like a regular trade line. Scores went up. It is reporting to 2 cra's. Today we got our first real bill. All others said this is not an attempt to collect a debt. Not sure what to make of this?!

I don't think there is anything to make of it. Seems like the statements/bills are just reverting back to how they were post BK.

You're definitely one of the lucky ones! Be happy they are reporting your positive payment history.

the way they are reporting your account has no bearing on your responsibility should you decide to ever walk away from your home.
