I'm going to try and harness the power of your Scupra 'Chi' and relax a bit. Thanks for the encouragement. =) PS: That's a pretty fly ride you have in your Avatar.

Re: Discharge: Your experience?

Day 70 approaching tomorrow (Monday 6/15). Crossing my fingers for the discharge to post! Pacer shows no activity, no objections, no filings. Just 'awaiting' status still.

Re: Discharge: Your experience?

I'm on day 70 in Eastern District KY so I feel your pain.  I watch the RSS feed and see that cases that were heard on 4/6 like mine with the same trustee have been discharging throught the week last week and have hope it will end soon. I have no real reason to be in a hurry other than being impatient to see what my scores will do once the dust clears and things report correctly. I have gained some useful knowledge here and elsewhere that I believe will allow me to make major purchases in a couple years without getting hammered with interest or denied.

Re: Discharge: Your experience?

I'm not 100% on how to setup the RSS Feed, or searching thru Pacer...Any help would be great. The last day to object is 6/22/15 so I'm eagerly waiting to get started rebuilding...I feel like I'm going stir crazy waiting

Did I mention I was discharged in May 2013 and here we are 25 months later and I'm still rebuilding?

No need to stress over it... rebuilding takes time.

Re: Discharge: Your experience?

My 341 meeting was 4/8. The 60 day mark was 06/9/15 for me but I was discharged today. I checked for other cases that was filed the same day as me and they was granted an automatic discharge 6/9/15. The reason I was discharged a few days later is because I asked to pay the filing fee in installments then I amended to have my fees waived but that was denied so a hearing was scheduled for a motion to dismiss due to filing fee not paid. I paid and had to wait a few days. Today, I called and asked when will my case be discharged and the case manager said today and a few hours later, I checked pacer and my case was discharged.
