I'm sure this has been asked a million times. Sorry, I could not find it during my search of the boards. So here it goes (again).
The Federal Bankruptcy Courts do not report bankruptcies to the credit bureas, the credit bureas pull that information from public records legally.
Is it a common practice to dispute a valid BK with the CBs to have them remove the public record from the CR? Do you think I would be successful in asking them to remove a 2006 BK7 from my CRs?
