I'm 5 months post DC and was just approved for the Discover It with a SL of $1,800. I did have a Walmart Discover included in my BK. May not count since it was a co branded card. Either way, I got in just 5 months post DC.
As of yesterday, my Discover card is my lowest line of credit at a whopping $500. They won't budge on increasing it, and next month I'll have had it for a year. I will see if they auto-CLI it but I don't think they do that.
Meanwhile, one of the cards I got 1 year post-BK discharge, the Unsecured Merrick card, had its CL doubled this month.. meaning, it's no longer one of my lowest credit lines. It went from $700 to $1400.
I was approved for $6k unsecured about 6 months post Chapter 13 discharge.
Don't even bother with Discover if you burned them. Just move onto other things.
I'm not roasting Discover in my BK, so I hope they'll finally let me in.
To my surprise, this Ch7 has been surprisingly slow in mail offers. A few car offers, no credit cards (yet).

Have you opted in (if you were previously opted out) for offers of credit? When I filed my Ch 7 I received car offers daily. Some of the programs I still had to be in Ch 7 to qualify. Wasn't in the need for a car though. The credit card offers didn't start coming until the BK discharge.
