I had mines dismissed about a year ago,

I was trying to save my home with the EX wife and she would not hold up her end of the deal, I refused topay 2200.00 mtg note on an upside down house

alone so I moved to dismiss it.

Oce dismissed all creditors listed in the filing will be returned to your CR and will be set free to harass you again.

Yes, the creditors will (rightly) come after you promptly as they are notified that the BK was dismissed.

They will also charge interest and fees for missed payments - so balances will jump.

One of the great advantages of CH 13 BK is the change in interest charged.

Yes, you can refile.  IIRC, there may be a time constraint on the second CH 13 filing?
