Do IIB TL's drop off after CRTP or When BK Drops?

I have yet to get clear on this.

My BK is due to drop off in Feb next year, but there are a couple of TL's that were DOFD prior to BK and is now IIB.

When will those TL's drop?

7 years after your BK was filed. If you are in a Chapter 7 BK then they should have already dropped off. Dispute as too old. I would do that anyway. They may go ahead and remove.

Otherwise it should have dropped off already.

There is a good chance that the DOLA changed-

I would dispute them as "obsolete"
