Im just about 2 years out of a completed Chapter 13 this coming April then I recieved this letter for tax year 2007 & 2008 requesting me to pay the just under $4k..
Never fails, why didnt my Chapter 13 attorny tell me about this. I gave him a call and he said its interest and its due ASAP or make payments.
I recieved a similar one from the Feds but it was less then this!
Anyone with similar issue and advise? Im going to have to enter into a payment plan unfortunately
