for membership, loan ??? at any rate they are very quick you can actually do everything online with them and many things via phone.

It could be a while, but hang in there. They are running a referral promo this moh for memebrs to refer family and they are pretty bogged down I would imagine.

It will be worth it just be patient. Did you incluce hand signed app, ID copy, Utility Bill, NL San Diego invoice if you applied this route?

Yes.   Okay I will quit worrying about the stuff I can not control.

Honestly, don't fax them anything. They'll loose it. I faxed the my member app, waited 2 weeks - called to find out they never got it. I then had to email it, they lost it. To then email again and they FINALLY got it and got it taken care of. It was so stupid, took me almost a month to get my membership established. I had to then wait like a month to get the issues with my husband's portion finished as well. So start to finish took me 2 months to get membership and my accounts opened. If you have issues with them, I would suggest highly posting on their FB page and they will get back in touch with you the same day if not moments later. That's how I've been having to deal with my issues. Luckily for me now, I was assigned a resolution specialist who's been my BFF for the last few months lol.

I just faxed it yesterday or the day before.   I have followed up with an email with the give us 48 hours if I don't hear anything by Monday.  Off to facebook I go.

yeah dont fax anything we have been with them for years they loose a ton of stuff via fax. apply online it wont be long. you can call to follow up
