DH & I filed BK 7 and it has been discharged for 2 years. We included American Honda Finance, Ford Motor Credit, & WashMutual. Unfortunately, due to my illness we couldn't pay the car payments on the cars so we voluntarily gave them back. They sold the cars and we put the outstanding balance still due in our BK.
Although they are showing correctly as IIB I'd like to GW them to have the other negatives removed, i..e, repossession, lates, etc. Has anyone had any GW success with any of these OCs?
If so, who responded back to the letter? What did they do for you?
