Has anyone had any luck with getting OCs to remove accounts that were included in bankruptcy? If so, how did word the letter?
Also, I filed for Ch. 7 in May 2007 and it was discharged Aug 2007, I currently have 3 credit cards and 1 Auto loan which I have been paying on time for the last 2 yrs. I applied for a store card and was declined stating that I had too many recent late payments, the most late payments I have was when I first consulted my lawyer and was told to stop making payments back in April 2007. What should be my recourse for raising my score?
