Just received two notifications yesterday (1) that they would cease to payroll deduct my payments, and (2) that our case was now closed as completed and eligible for discharge!!
Setting appointment with attorney to complete paperwork for discharge!!
And should recieve about $400.00 in excess payments!!
This 5 year jorney is nearly over, and strting off in fairly good shape with EQ of 691 and TU of 690 (both MyFico)

Am thankful to God and the many members of this board!

Will update when discharge is complete!!

Congrats for sure to your long 5 year journey!  It's like having a weight lifted off of your shoulders.  Once I got the actual discharge papers, of which I checked pacer so often that I saw it within hours of being posted, it felt like true freedom and deserving of a medal!

Congratulations! It is such a great feeling to be finished with the Ch 13 payment plan. I finished my plan in Jan 2011...received discharge shortly thereafter. The Ch 13 has deleted off my reports last Oct at the 7 year mark.

This morning looked at both National Data Center at our case status and also 13Network.com site and saw staus changed from "Completed" to "DISCHARGED"!!!

Our attorney just yesterday told us it should be any day, so I looked this morning and was greatly supprised.

One thing is that Pacer still shows "Awaiting Discharge"...I'll check Monday morning to see if it updates then!

Recieved an email notification via Pacer last night, with a link where I was able to print out a copy of the signed Diasharge Papers!!

Should receive a copy via mail this week!

Congrats...

Still waiting on my discharge... I paid off my 13 on 2/28... it's been a month and I'm checking 13datacenter and Pacer for updates every few days.  Attorney said it should take about a month so we'll see.  Case status still shows as completed but not discharged.

Hopefully not too much longer.

I'm still waiting for the court to mail me the document; however I printed off a copy allready from Pacer!!

You can also sign up to have them email you updates, which is what I did.
