So almost three years post BK7 discharge and last year purchased a new home. I wanted to see how long after discharge do lenders require you wait before qualifying for a HELOC our house has appraised for 80k more in one year and we would love to take a small amount out to pay down CC and do a few home projects.
Fico scores for wife and I are all 720+ and our dti is 25-27%
