Hi, my husband and I have a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged December 2016. Since then we have made payments on time and my score is up to 650. We want to start paying cash for a couple fixer uppers to rent out. Does anyone know of a bank/lender that will approve a home equity loan for $20k for a property appraised at $70k with no mortgage on it?
