I was looking into a chapter 7 bk in Texas and I got the paperwork from the lawyer to fill out, I haven't retained him yet, however as I was looking through it has a section for Dependents, and although I don't claim my fiance as a dependent on the past tax returns, she does live with me and has 0 income, I am wondering if any of you have experiences with listing your fiance or girlfriend as dependent in BK. I'm not sure if she would be included in the household size or not since we aren't legally married.
