How much did things change when your BK fell off the report?

Obviously this only applies to those who have been there and done that lol.

Mine is due to fall off this month (possibly next though, not sure) and I'm wondering how things changed for people.

Better credit limits?  Better rates?  How much score improvement?

Curious about this too--my Ch 13 falls off in May '12 and I'm at EQ 724 and TU 737 with Ch 13 still there.

Wondering if the wait till BK not reporting will make any appreciable difference in scores to be worth waiting till mid-year to look into a HARP 2.0 refi from 7.5 APR to ???
