How should a creditor report on my credit report

My Chap 7 BK was discharged on 09/11.  I have been reviewing my credit report and find that Credit One Bank is reporting $0 balance and $0 past due.  However, under the status is says Chargeoff and also says the account has been transferred/sold.  Is this how they should be reporting?

Was the account charged off prior to you filing BK?

If it was charged off prior to you filing BK then it is reporting correctly.
