Nice!  I applied for a Quicksilver card about 3 weeks after discharge and was approved for a $3,000 cl.  I am about to apply for a car loan through them.  I had 2 cars loans from them before my BK so I hope that helps.  I could buy a car in cash but prefer to take a loan out to help my fico.

I love Capital One! I currently have over $30,000 available credit with their credit cards and they gave me a car loan at 1.99%! I'm 3 years post Ch 7 discharge, and I also included them in my bankruptcy. I seriously regret that. But I try to use them for everything. I'm wanting a mortgage, but they don't do FHA loans in my state. So, if I want a mortgage with them, I'll have to wait another year......which I might do! 😉

Nice!! i burned them in CH7 as well in 2010 and they've been great to me.  Take care of those cards now.
