I have 3 accounts that were included in my chapter 13 which are showing negative on my CR. The three accounts reported in June 2013 (discharge month) that these accounts were PP=payment plan?
on my experian report it shows the following:
You have 2 Account(s) Listed Negative on your Credit Report. This means that at some point you were late or failed to pay on the account as agreed.
The worst payment status ever listed on your Credit Report was Failed to Pay.
It has been 0.3 Years since the last time negative information was listed on one of your accounts.
Is there anyway to get the PP changed to ND? or no? Should I dispute the status? Please advise!
The information you copied and pasted isn't that helpful. Can you post the actual accounts? They should all say $0 and IIB.

None of your accounts have ever been listed as negative.
It looks like it just took them awhile to update.
i'm wondering how much of the PP is causing it to report like that... i continue to call the OC to dispute. Now i need to find out what two accounts are listed as negative...
If the accounts had negative comments on them prior to filing, they don't have to remove them. All they have to do is update your balance to $0 and IIB after bk.
i'm aware of that... but not sure if there were negative comments on them or not... i'll see if i have an older credit report around.
