Yeah just found it. Barclaycard US isn't what I was searching for the first time... I was just doing a search for Barclays because I was thinking Barclays Bank.

I spoke to Barclay and believe it or not the reason I was denied is because my Credit File is too lean according to their credit dept. He said to wait a few months and call back. I have not heard Barclay denying over this reason.
Pretty common actually. Good luck, they are great once you get in.
edit: I guess a better question would be, what have you done to rebuild so far?

Barclays does like to see some activity from another card. I would try back in Six months and you should be good to go. With regards to Chase. There are those who seem to get approved 4 years post BK.

After they have done 4 years of rebuilding. I wouldn't try Chase yet, just my opinion though.

Yeah, I got my denial letter from Barclays today and they said it was due to 'insufficient number of credit cards on your credit report'.
Much different from being denied for having too many delinquent accounts on your credit history!
