Joint credit card with spouse?

Hi,

I can't seem to find any information on this, if I missed it I apologize.

I recently filed personal bk due my business--my fako is 675ish. My wife's credit is good (750). If we apply jointly for a cc, does that give me a better chance or would it just add useless inquiries to her report?

Also, I filed in Nov 2012, still waiting for discharge. Has anyone applied--been approved before dc? Or is it just better to wait?
