Just a question about HIPAA after bankruptcy

I'm in the process filing for bk7 right now, majority is medical debt from serious illness. So my question is once I'm discharged, can the medical debt accounts included in bankruptcy be deleted from my cr using HIPAA and if so, how would I go about it? Thanks for any info you guys can provide. I live in Minnesota if that matters.

Re: Just a question about HIPAA after bankruptcy

I was able to get mine removed from TU. They were never on EQ for some reason and I haven't tried EX yet because I hear they are the hardest and usually won't remove them. We are not able to discuss the HIPAA process on these boards though. You can google whychat HIPAA process though. There is a particular line he tells you to add if they were iibk so look for it. Good luck!
