I filed Chapter 13 in July 2007, discharged April 2012. In April, when I was discharged, all my iib accounts listed me as derogatory on TU and EXP, so my reports say I have late payments 6 months ago. Are they supposed to do this?

I called my attorney & his responswears according to the FCRA lates should or report post filing. Also he said as of discharge your status on your CR should no longer be IIB but changed to discharged in BK

Ummm I got the second sentence but the first one is a little garbled. Can you please clarify that first sentence please?
I'm hoping you are saying that he says lates should NOT report after filing.

Sorry I was posting from my phone. Your guess is correct. He said they should not report. i received a 30 pt. jump today after my investigation completed.
