Re: Late Payments after filing but before discharge

I filed Chapter 13 in July 2007, discharged April 2012.  In April, when I was discharged, all my iib accounts listed me as derogatory on TU and EXP, so my reports say I have late payments 6 months ago.  Are they supposed to do this?

Cap One Quicksilver ($10,000); Barclays Rewards WMC ($7200); Lowes ($4050); Wal-mart ($2450); HSN ($1800); Amazon ($1700); Sportsmans Guide Visa ($1800); Target ($700); Victoria's Secret ($900)

EX: 806, EQ: 785, WM TU: 802

Ummm I got the second sentence but the first one is a little garbled.  Can you please clarify that first sentence please?

I'm hoping you are saying that he says lates should NOT report after filing.

Sorry I was posting from my phone. Your guess is correct. He said they should not report. i received a 30 pt. jump today after my investigation completed.
