Lates after filing

I had an auto loan that was IIB. I filed Jan. 03. OC reports as follows:

Feb. 30 days late
Mar. 60 days late
April 90 days late
May-Aug. 120 days late.
Sept. On time
Oct. 30 days late.

I know IIB is bad enough but since ALL the lates are after filing, is it worth it to dispute?
Any input is apprectiated.

Re: Lates after filing

I would also like to know about this! I have zero late payments right up until the items were IIB. Then it's like they want to rub it in...late late LATE .....................

YES dispute dispute dispute.  You might want to do it in writing and go ahead and send in your BK paperwork that shows filing date and discharge date.  XXXX out all other information.   I sent in my stuff and TU just deleted the accounts in question while ex and eq updated.

Re: Lates after filing

Granny is correct....you should not have lates appearing after you file BK....the ones you got before you field will still count against you though....Dispute them....send the BK info directly to the credit bureaus...
