If you successfully discharged your bk (7 in my case), should those accounts that are iib still show late payments ? They stopped accruing with my filing but I'm just wondering if they have to stay there forever. Would they come off after 7 years or 10 years ?

This! Although some CRA's will remove the payment history.

How would that work ? Would I just send a dispute in ?
I don't think you can dispute therm if they are legitimate. Bankruptcy does not make them disputable.

No, you can't dispute if you were really late. What Scupra meant that some CRAs remove the payment history on their own. Trans Union is one that removes payment history on account included in BK, Experian is one that keeps them for the full 7 years. But in my opinion it isn't all that important. I still have one account included in my 2010 BK7 still reporting, it falls off in Sept, thankfully. It is my mortgage that thanks to my attorney misleading me did not get reaffirmed. It's payment history on Experian show never late, but most credit reports based on EX shout "Serous Delinquency!!!" just because since it was included in BK it has a derogatory mark. Looking forward to October and it being gone.
Don't worry about it. You filed BK because you had credit issues. It's pretty difficult at best to file BK without having lates. Your BK is going to trump those lates score wise so it's not worth stressing about. Just work on your rebuild.
Can a collection legally show lates if you never had an agreement ?
