Length of time dismissed chapter 13 on TU?

I believe i read somewhere that a dismissed chapter 13 will stay on EQ for 10 years but isn't it only supposed to stay on TU and EX for 7 years?  I recently pulled my TU and its showing a BK from 8 years ago...

Starting Score: 593 EQ
Current Score: EQ 663 TU 675 pulled here 5/13/13, EX 640, lender pulled 2/25/13
Goal Score: 800

Yes - you are right. 

Dismissed CH 13's do report on TU and EX for 7 years; on EQ for 10 years.

Discharged CH 13's report 7 years on all three.

And CH 10's report for 10 years on all three.

 

Is the TU report showing a CH 13 or a CH 10 BK?

Just puttin' syrup on something, don't make it pancakes.
