Our BK was discharged 12/05 and Chase (CC account) has been reporting it incorrectly ever since (was marked as charge off for years and now shows it's in collections and that it's an open account). I've been disputing it for at least 18 months and got our BK lawyer involved back in April. He has also been unsuccessful in having them report it as IIB. Looks like we'll be going after them if they don't change it this time! Here's part of an email I just got from our BK lawyer!
