No, I have been two years and three months from discharge.

Guaranteed Rate was following the FHA requirement, which is two years post discharge if house was not surrendered.

Huge congratulations to you!  Im hoping once we are at the 2 year mark we'll actually have SOME equity in our house.  Keep us updated on the process.
