My mortgage was included in my bankruptcy, but it took 15 months after it was settled for the foreclosure to go through. It's been 6 months since the foreclosure and Ex shows it as foreclosure and not IIB. I challenged it, but the "investigation" did not change anything. The mortgage was sold sometime after my bankruptcy, so it's the new bank that has it listed this way.
How do I get it corrected, who do I talk to, and where can I find proof that they have to change it? The total diffence is about 2 years, so for anything but a mortgage, it would make a huge difference in my score.
