How long did it take you to recieve your mortgage notice of default? Also will the be other fees besides the back payments that I can expect to have to pay? I may have a plan to save my home, however in order to do so, I'm gonna need that nod letter, however it's all about timing with me. If they send it too soon, then I won't be able to, if they wait say 3 or 4 months then I have a plan
