Mortgage after chapter 13?

Yes I'm currently in chapter 13 going through completed discharge phase. I kept my house and cars etc. I only file because medical debt and cars and house were all current when I filed 13. Fast forward I was never late and never missed a payment while in 13. Mimi wanting to get a new house as my family has outgrown my house of 12 years. how hard would it be to get a new fha loan coming out of 13 with about 20-30k to put down seeking about a 180k loan?

You will have better luck over on the mortgage board. This is not an uncommon question and there are several mortgage professionals there who may be able to give you input.

You can get an FHA loan while you're in the middle of a 13 w/ trustee permission and the right bank. I don't see why this would be a problem at all, but you need the right mortgage broker.
