Hi everyone! I recently completed my 341 meeting on August 1 (I filed pro se')- yippie! :smiley :smiley happy: happy:and had a question regarding the discharge. I've seen where it's been posted discharges are to be expected 60-90 days after the 341. But I've seen friends of mine whose discharge happen either the same day in one case or 2 days in another after the trustee submits his report of no distribution. Is this normal?? Not only was I told this but I also revieiwed it myself on Pacer.
Second question: Why is it some people filefor Chapter 13, go through some of the process, get the case kicked out or closed for failure to submit documents, or adhere to the repayment plan and then start the process all over again to do the same exact song and dance? Does this just allow them to buy time to keep the creditors at bay? Just wondering.....
