So my trustee was really ticked off. For the most part I couldn't blame him, three attorneys before us didn't have all their backup documentation. He eventually addressed the room and said he was sick of it and he was going to start handing out sanctions if they kept coming in so ill-prepared, and for whatever reason he was looking me of all people straight in the eyes when he said it, which didn't help my nerves, and I was already mad as hell at my attorney. I gave him half the filing fee to pay with the petition and when I got their early to pay the rest, I find out his office hadn't given them the money. Sheesh, I could have gotten dismissed st any time because of their incompetence.
So then its my turn to go up and answer my questions and it came out that I bought a car since filing. He gives me a dirty look and asks how can I justify that and I told him for me its a medical necessity because I have ms and all the walking and taking the bus I've been doing has been hurting my health and I'd like to retain my ability to walk the next twenty years or so. I said it as respectfully as possible, but He turned bright red and said he had no further questions for me. I just hope I didn't piss him off.
Now I'm drained, yet relieved mixed in with some weepy about all this. I'm glad the worst is behind me.

I know! I read so many stories here about how quick and easy everyone's 341 meetings were, yet I get the drama.
