My wife waited about 10 minutes.. She also apped for NavCheck LOC, asked for full $15k, and was approved for both CC and Navcheck right away.

Congrats! They weren't as generous with me but I'm very appreciate that I got anything with my scores.

Waited about 3 days.  Got approved and then recon'd the CL (total 5 days).

I have the NRewards card, My wife has the Platinum Card (Took advantage of low APR, and the Low BT offer that recently expired).  

Navy is very generous with CL's and CLI's.  Which card works best for you, depends on what you want (Rewards, cash back, travel rewards, low APR etc.)
