I purchased a timeshare about a year ago and have since realized that it is a HUGE scam. We aren't able to get the time they gave us, the rooms are dirty and many other issues. I stopped paying the payments on it and the maintenance fees and taxes are now due. I just want it gone! We have tried to sell it with no luck. Now here is my question. My fiance was laid off a few months ago and will be filing bankruptcy in the next few months. Would it be possible to transfer the deed to him and let him file on it? Would he get in trouble somehow for doing that? Just trying to find out if this is an option. Thanks!
