Ouch. That's a tough interest rate. I hope you can get it refinanced soon.

Just picked up a used Nissan Leaf one day post discharge. The interest rate is horrable (27%) but I will refinance it in 6 moths thru my credit union. I only had to put 500 down on $9400. My Auto FICO was 480 TU which is 100 points lower then my Auto EQ.
Yeah, you definitely need to refi as soon as you can get approved. That is a very high rate even for a brand new BK discharge. I would try to double up on payments or at least pay more than the regular payment so that you are not too upside down when you go to refinance. If you took a longer repayment term, this could be a problem.
I love the Nissan Leaf. That sounds like a great price. $9400? What year is it and where did you buy it?
Thanks.
