I had to file chap 7 a few years ago, and since then have done a pretty decent job or rebuilding. Everything is around or over 700 and progressing quite nicely.
Got a notice today TU reporting a delinquent (HSBC card) account that was included in the BK. Shows 0 balance. I sent a dispute to TU earlier today claiming "account settled / too old". Waiting on the results now. Just curious if anyone else has had a similar situation happen and was successful in getting it removed.
