If the account is reporting a CO, then yes the DOFD should be the date it went to CO--regardless of the BK.
CRAs mights or not might get this, without a lawsuit. Thing is, regardless of what the twits at the CRA report, they might well delete at the appropriate time. I just had a CO disappear, even though EQ was responding to me with their B.S. about "this will remain for 7 years from the late update". Magically, they deleted. Perhaps I'm on their "credit freak with lawsuit lust" list.
