OC refusing to remove past due balance

I was discharged from CH 13 BK last month. IIB were 2 installment loans with the same creditor. They were repaid the secured amout in the BK but refuse discontinue reporting a balance owed on the unsecured. The CRA's do show the statuses as IIB however it's still reporting that I'm in arrears approximately $780 due to these accounts.  This is the only thing dragging down my score as well as my rebuild process. Are they legally obligated to forgive the debt & report as 0, or can they report as they choose?

Starting Score: EQ: 605 (10/21/2012) Trans/Walmart: 641(10/26/2012)
Current Score: EQ: 678 (4/9/13) Trans/Walmart: 693 (5/13/13) EX: 648 (4/10/13) Lender pull
