Old car never reported on credit paid off Jan 2013

Hello,

I just received a payoff letter from an old finance company for a car I paid off in Jan 2013. I filed BK in Oct 2013. Should I send a copy to the CRA's in order to have it recorded on my credit? Or leave well enough alone?

I doubt the CRAs would add an old closed account.

ok... I wasn't sure because everything else stays on your credit forever I just wondered if reporting it would help my score at all.

It might help a bit by increasing your Average Age of Accounts.
