Old debt IIB

I received a bill from an account included in my bankruptcy today.  I called the OC and they swore up and down that the debt wasn't incurred until 5 months after my bankruptcy filing.  My credit repot shows the same account as being opened 6/1/2007.  Should i provide them with this information?  Or would it be best that I find an old bill?

Re: Old debt IIB

best! get the statement that included all your creditors from your banktuptcy and mail them a copy. If you do this so long as they were included you can eventaully sue they for continuing to attempt collection.
