Well here some "PNC Policies" After CH 13 discharge they will remove your Equity loan, and never report it again, or let you pay online and you stilll have to contact the Bankrutptcy department, and the regular mortgage will be reported as closed, even if they werent included in bankruptcy, This doesnt sound kosher to me, having 5 years of payment history would help for sure. Anyone heard of this?
