Pacer Billing Question ?

I occasionaly look on the Pacer website and wanted to know how can you tell if you owe Pacer any money for looking

at your bankruptcy files? It shows that I accumulated $4.40 since June but I didn't know how to tell if I will actually be charged for that if so how do I pay ? Thanks

They bill quarterly, I usually receive an email. However, if your quarterly invoice is below $15.00 your charges are waived.
