We just found out that we do not qualify for Ch.7 because of income limits. We still have lots of debt, but the Ch.13 plan would only save us $100 per month of the debt snowball plan. We have struggled paying minimums for awhile and it will be difficult to do a snowball or avalanche plan. Still not sure if a Ch. 13 is worth it. Please advise
