My sis has 4 accounts that are all in collections
She is scred they will garnish her bank account she doesn't care much about the credit
Is it a good idea to answer their phone calls and tell them they she's planning to file bk will this give her time so they don't file a bank garnish for now
In the mean time or it's a bad idea to say to them ?
Also how long after it's in collections can they go and garnish the bank accounts
