BK discharged 3/8, I was approved for CAP 1 unsecured card 3000 limit. I also kept house and car. My question is the vehicle is a lease that is finished 5/25. Will I be able to lease again or just attempt a buy of a vehicle. Credit score is 613 as of today
Not sure about leasing but most dealerships have a special dept that works with people who have filed for BK. Usually you have to wait 6 mos after
the discharge to qualify.
