Question about Goodwill letter

OK I have been doing alot of reading about the good will letters on this site. I was wondering that even though I have completed my Ch 7 bankruptcy...my credit report still states that I have paid negatively in the past. I was wondering if I could still ask the creditors to remove the adverse late payment information even though the items were included in my bankruptcy....Does that make sense?

GW is a hit and miss.  There is nothing to be lost.  Some people have continued to send the same GW letters month after month with no success, but all of the sudden after some time....bam, they get some GW love.

By all means, it only costs you a few minutes and a stamp, so why not?   Just research out if anyone else has a specific person or address that has reported success and try to use those.
