Really good question because I am in the same position. I just recently submitted online disputes for those types of accounts as well. Anybody want to shed some light please?

Disputes can go through a totally automated system where chase just rote verifies.
It takes time, but at this point I would do an MOV letter to the CRA. Include the BK paperwork.
If the CRA still verifies then a 623 letter to Chase.
This has to be zero balance, IIB, dated no later than your discharge.
