I just wanted to say thank you to all who commented here....after reading your comments I decided to go ahead and take a chance on app'ing with NFCU despite the inquires on my credit report and I was approved for $6,000 CL!!!!!! This is my largest CL since my discharge in 2012

Way to go!
Even though they only gave me $2500 on my card I was approved for $25k on a car :-) So I feel NFCU is a place to grow with :-)
