I had my 341 meeting on 12/23. Pacer shows this: "Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution" filed and entered on 12/28.
My attorney wasn't sure if the trustee would want any of my income tax refund. He couldn't exempt it because of the equity in my home. The trustee had copies of my previous returns and my attorney listed it in my paperwork. My attorney said this trustee usually didn't ask for any tax refunds, but couldn't guarantee anything, obviously. Does this no distribution thing now mean it's pretty unlikely (unless he changes it before discharge?) I will have to turn over any refund I get?
